Privacy policy

[Legal business name] runs Physio Mastery (physiomastery.in). This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, email and, if you give it, your mobile number, when you create an account.
• Your orders and payment references. Razorpay handles the payment itself; we never see or store card or bank details.
• Which lessons you open and mark as done, so we can save your progress.
• Basic technical data such as your IP address, used to keep the site secure (for example, to block repeated failed logins).

We don’t ask for health information, and you don’t need to give any to use the courses.

How we use it

To give you access to the courses you buy, send receipts and password-reset emails, answer your questions, and keep the site secure. We don’t sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run the site for us: our web host (Hostinger), our payment processor (Razorpay), our video host and our email provider. Each uses the data only to provide that service.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don’t use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account while it’s active. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@physiomastery.in. We reply within 30 days.
